Nothing dampens the excitement of buying or selling a home like the discovery of major repairs and fix ups, especially after you've spent your last dollar on a down payment, closing costs and major moving expenses.

McCOLLY Real Estate has the answer. For a small, one-time charge handled at closing, the seller is protected during the homes list period plus the buyer is protected for 13 months after closing against failure due to normal wear and tear of your homes major plumbing, electrical, appliance and operating systems.

A Home warranty plan benefits the seller by making the home more marketable. Surveys show that homes covered with a home warranty sell more quickly, as much as 20% faster on average and at a higher price, up to 2.5% higher! The buyer benefits by receiving the peace of mind knowing that the home comes with protection against potential problems and costly surprises. With home warranty, both the seller and buyer have maximum protection for minimum cost.

YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF COVERAGE

The Basic Plan covers the basic items in a home. But not every home is the same. Optional add on coverage may also be selected for built-in whirlpool baths and outdoor swimming pools. (Note, age restrictions apply for some components)

AROUND THE CLOCK CLAIM SERVICE

If something does go wrong, you want service, not excuses. Your toll-free call will be handled 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will be instructed to call your choice of repair company. (with the exception of hvac) You set the appointment and thus schedule around your times. Home Warranty will pay for the warranted repairs, less a $50.00 deductible.
